Brand New Neighborhood, Brand New Space

We're so excited to start work at this brand new neighborhood in Newport News that's not even listed on Google Maps yet! Right now we're in the process of unloading material to begin construction on this backyard, which needs some work and a lot of additions to make it friendly for outdoor living! Luckily that's our specialty, so here's what we did...

First we created a step-down with a gas fire pit and seating wall with - as always - some lighting to make it pop. This requires adding a base first and a gas line, all to create a simple but very usable patio area. It's going to be a great addition to a brand new house so they can sit outside, enjoy the fire, avoid the smokey smell, and live life outdoors!
