Our Economy Patio packages are setup to simplify buying a patio. We’ve broken it down to two main categories: type of paver and color of paver.
Our two main paver types are Techo Bloc Eva and Belgard London Cobble. The Eva is a beautiful three-piece paver with a textured slate surface. The London Cobble is a pillow top paver with a more traditional appearance.
Our three main colors are: grey, tan, or a mixture of grey and tan. We generally try to match the overall coloring of the house.
After these two choices have been made, it’s just a question of the shape. Round, square, curvy, or straight?

With this option, you are no longer looking for a simple patio. You’re excited about having a patio and space with a few upgrades. Typically with the Premium Patio package we frame the space with a contrasting paver border. We also frequently have to run drainage through the patio or grade changes. For our Premium Patios we like to explore other pavers in the Techo Bloc and Belgard catalog like Blu60, Villagio, or Dimensions. These alternate pavers really start to develop the patio into a statement piece rather than a hard surface to setup furniture.
This option is a blend of art and function. We aren’t simply using ordinary materials to create an extraordinary space. The Estate Patio package uses the high-end Techo Bloc pavers and slabs in thoughtful designs. We use resin sand in the joints instead of polymeric sand. The fit and finish of our Estate Patios is distinct. We build unique inlays and use pavers to create “rugs” and contrasting areas throughout the space. Elevation change, drainage, and lighting also play a role in creating these Estate Patios.

Transform your backyard into a haven for hanging out with your best friends on this larger paver patio. With enough space for an outdoor kitchen and bar, it’s the perfect spot to grill up delicious food and enjoy refreshing drinks. Create lasting memories in your own outdoor paradise.

Do you have a high traffic area you can’t grow grass? Are you looking for a low-maintenance solution for the yard? Artificial turf could be the answer for handling poor drainage while still creating a space for the dogs and kids to play. We frequently create spaces to practice your short game as well. Putt-putt with a few holes can easily fit inside of 10′ x 15′ area.

This is the fun part! Lighting up a space truly makes it pop. Low-voltage lighting brings a certain ambiance to the space. Nothing kills the mood like sitting around a fire pit with an oppressive flood light in your eyes. There are several ways to add lighting including cap lights along the edges, up-lights along the home, path lights along the edge, or even lights incorporated into the actual pavers. Our lighting systems are generally WiFi-enabled with their own transformer and rarely draw more power than charging a cellphone. Expect to invest anywhere between $900 to $4,000 for lighting.

Installation of a new patio generally creates a lot of soil. Our typical excavation depth is 7-8″. If you have a place to leave it on-site, awesome! If it needs to be hauled away, we typically charge $1.50 per square foot.

Many patios are located near a downspout. If we need to reroute a downspout under or around a patio, it is no problem for us to do. We typically use 4″ PVC with an adapter to a yard pop-up or drain cap. This keeps the water off of your patio and protects your investment. Typically, this runs between $750-$1,500.
