Ready to get started?

Our Specialty: Permeable & Traditional Pavers

We specialize exclusively in permeable paver services. If your outdoor space has concrete slabs or standard concrete pavers, our services won’t be the best fit. Our focus allows us to provide a specialized approach that permeable pavers need to look and perform their best.

Key Services

Cleaning and Sealing:

We’ll give your pavers a thorough wash to remove dirt, stains, and organic buildup. Once they’re clean, we apply a protective sealer to keep them looking vibrant and resistant to stains

Resin Sand Install:

Over time, joint sand between pavers wears down, which can make pavers look uneven or cause them to shift. We install high-quality resin sand that locks the pavers into place and helps with water drainage.

Joint Removal and Replacement

For those whose patios have significantly worn joints, we offer complete joint removal and replacement to refresh and stabilize the space.

  • Just Wash & Seal

  • $2/Sq Ft
    • If your pavers and joint sand are in pretty good shape with minor wear and tear, a simple clean and seal is likely all you need to keep your patio looking it's best.
  • Joint Removal, Wash, & Seal

  • $$4/Sq Ft
    • If you've had your patio for years and you notice that the joint sand is almost nonexistent, replacing it before washing and sealing is probably your best option.

Determining Your Needs: Questions to Consider

1. How long ago was your patio installed?
Patios that are older than a year might need a touch-up to prevent issues like shifting pavers or fading color.

2. What type of patio do you have?
We work with permeable pavers only, so if you have stamped concrete or concrete pavers, we may not be the right fit.

3. What type of sealer should you choose?
You can choose from penetrating invisible sealer, satin finish, or a wet look. Each has a unique appearance and level of protection.

4. What’s the condition of your joint sand?
Joint sand fills the spaces between your pavers. If it’s worn down or non-existent, we’ll recommend an install or replacement.

5. Are there any areas that need repairs?
Uneven pavers can be both unsightly and a tripping hazard, so we can help with minor adjustments.

6. Does your patio have any major stains?
Stains from mold, leaves, or oil can be tough to remove, but we’ll assess whether these need extra attention.

7. Has your patio been previously sealed?
Knowing if your patio was sealed before helps us determine the best plan for your specific needs. Stripping an old sealer may cost extra.

8. Is there organic growth in the joints?
If you have moss or weeds growing in the joints, we recommend applying a treatment to prevent regrowth before we arrive.
