Hardscape Warranty
All Easton Outdoors pavers, patios, and hardscape spaces have a two-year warranty. We include repairs from manufacturer defects, cracked pavers from normal use, chips, settling, unevenness, and premature damages from the elements.
Pavers installed and considered as permeable have a three-year warranty. We include repairs from manufacturer defects, cracked pavers from normal use, chips, settling, unevenness, and premature damages from the elements.
Pavers installed using polymeric sand are covered regardless of the manufacturer. We cover settling or premature wear of the polymeric sand.
We primarily use Techo Bloc and Belgard for our pavers and hardscape installation. Both companies offer a transferable lifetime warranty on their products.
After the initial warranty period has expired, Easton Outdoors will provide labor only rates for repairs as needed.
These guarantees do not extend to Acts of God or other malicious damages.
Salt products use for deicing or swimming pools will not be covered.

Plant Warranty
All landscape installations by Easton Outdoors will be warrantied for a minimum of 90 days.
Plants will be replaced and/or credited after 90 days, there will be a labor charge associated with the replacement up to one-year after the installation.
After the initial one-year period Easton Outdoors does not warranty or guarantee any plants or soft-scapes.
Easton Outdoors does not take responsibly for watering or fertilizing plants after installation.
These guarantees do not extend to Acts of God or other malicious damages.

Water Feature Warranty
All water features and ponds will be warrantied for one-year after installation is complete. We include all hardware, equipment, installation defects (leaks) and parts.
Easton Outdoors primarily uses Aquascape Inc. products. As a Certified Aquascape Contractor will will warranty through the manufactures timeframe, (only if we purchased and installed the equipment) a technician fee of $150 will be assessed after one-year period has expired.

Low-Voltage Lighting Warranty
All lighting installed by Easton Outdoors has an unconditional two-year warranty. We include hardware, wiring, and installation defects or issues. After the initial warranty is complete Easton Outdoors will service the system but will access a technician fee of $150.
