You can’t beat a view like one right on the water in Seaford (a little town near Poquoson, Virginia)! While the second-story deck was already in place, we wanted to create a special oasis on the ground floor for an extra flair and a shaded view of this little York River inlet.

One of our problems: how do you add to the perfect water view with a boat dock? Well, it’s a problem we love solving…

The major upgrade in this space will be an outdoor kitchen complete with a fridge, sink, and even electricity so the homeowners can charge their phones while they grill food and look out over the water. We also added gas and drainage along with granite countertops and lights underneath.

Our final piece of the puzzle was creating a beautiful walkway full of curves and angles, made with Techo-Bloc Villagio pavers, that leads the homeowners and guests alike towards all the beauty that this home has to offer. With a swing and some seating that will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this two-story beauty will soon be complete.
